While some of the following menu functions are identical
in function to their corresponding buttons, this list is useful if you
want to know what keyboard shortcuts are available to access each function.

File
|
| Preferences (Ctrl+P) |
Opens the Preferences dialog and view or
change program options.
|
| Restore Masks
(Ctrl+R) |
Restores Saved Masks table from the
last time it was saved.
|
| Save Masks (Ctrl+S) |
Saves contents of Saved Masks table
to the masks.dat file in the Masking
Password Generator program directory. Don't delete this file
unless you have a good reason to do so!

| Configure Mask Character Sets |
Opens the Configure Mask Character Sets
window, allowing you to view, or make changes to, the characters
that can be substituted for each mask character. (Professional
Edition Only)

| Delete (Ctrl+D) |
Same function as Delete
button.

| New (F8) |
Same function as New button.
|
| Save (Ctrl+S) |
Same function as Save button.
|
| Use (F7) |
Same function as Use button.

| Register |
Brings up the Register page of the
About dialog, which has instructions and a link to register the
application, thus enabling all features. More registration details
can be found here. This menu item
is only visible in the trial version.

| Upgrade |
Visible only in the registered Standard Edition, this item is for
upgrading to the Professional Edition.
|
| Support |
Shows the Support page of the About
dialog, which has links to several different support options.
|
| Check for updates |
Displays the Updates page of the About
dialog, which allows you to check our web server to see if a newer
version of the application has been released. An active
Internet connection is required to perform this function.

| About |
Shows the About dialog, with information regarding the application
version, support options, registration and update instructions,
as well as other system information.
