full-size shot - all screenshots taken on Windows XP Professional
at 1400 x 1050 resolution. The minimum recommended resolution
for working in Shareware Tracker is 800 x 600. All shots were
made of Shareware Tracker version 1.7.
Database Setup Wizard - This
wizard automatically appears the first time the program is
run to enable the user to properly set up their own Shareware
Tracker database. You can also easily set up multiple databases
and switch between them using the wizard. This may be useful
if you are submitting for several clients and want to keep
their information entirely separate from each other, or from
your own.

Site Notes - Shareware Tracker
contains a wealth of valuable information regarding the sites
you will be submitting to. You don't have to make the some
mistakes we did, or hunt down the best way to do things on
some complex sites, as we share our knowledge and experience
with you. There are three notes buttons on the Project/Site
Submission Control and Submission Browser toolbars: PN - personal
submission notes you record for your own use regarding a particular
submission; UN - site user notes are recorded by you and are
designed to contain information you need to remember about
a site, which isn't specific to your submission of a particular
program; SN - server notes are the ones that we provide for
your benefit - you can't change these, but if you have suggestions
we will probably add them for everyones benefit. When a button
appears green there is a note present. Clicking on the green
button pops up a hint, as shown in the following screenshot.

Notes Window - Sometimes
popup notes are not adequate, so there is a Notes dialog where
all notes for a site can be viewed an a dialog that can be
forced to stay on top, making it easy to lookup any pertinent
notes, and keep it open and visible while you're working.
